I’ll cut to the chase – it’s me! I’m your new Canva Virtual Assistant!
I knew I spent a lot of the time on the website, but until it went down for a couple of hours yesterday, I don’t think I realised just HOW much I needed it in my life.
I have posted about Canva in the past, but not for a while. So I wanted to circle back to it with a nice round-up post all about this glorious website.
What is Canva?
I’ll tackle this one first, as it’s easy to forget in the midst of my obsession with it that not everyone is aware of it’s existence.
Canva is a graphic design platform which enables users to create all manner of items. From social media posts to logos, posters to presentations and absolutely everything else in between.
Is Canva free to use?
Canva is absolutely free to use and there is an awful lot of content and capability available at the free level. However, I personally choose to pay £10.99 per month for the ‘Canva Pro‘ option. This is mainly as it gives me access to over 2 million stock photos. As I create in excess of 80 posts most weeks, this is invaluable! Canva Pro does come with a free trial option, so it’s worth giving it a go to see whether it will be for you.
The proof is in the pudding!
Here is an image from a recent Facebook post I did about my services. All of these graphics were created using Canva.
I am absolutely in my element as a Canva Virtual Assistant, crafting beautiful graphics and copy to bring my clients pages to life, just like I have here for the last 4 years for this client.
These ladies know absolutely what they are doing with social media. But work and life gets in the way so by having me taking care of their posts on a consistent basis, they have been able to focus on what they do best for all the expectant mummies they see.
Did you know I offer Canva templates?
Some time ago, I loaded my Etsy store with templates I had created on Canva.
So much of my work is around creating graphics for social media – something which can be so time consuming. So, in line with my ethos, I created some graphics packages for instant download to hopefully save even more people some time, and also some beautiful wall art to perk up your workspace!
Could I be your Canva Virtual Assistant?
If you are struggling either with inspiration for Virtual Assistant Instagram post ideas or time, then get in touch. My client work is a fairly moveable feast, so chances are if you email me and I can’t fit you in just then, I will have some availability come up in the not-too-distant future.
In the meantime, check out my Etsy store and see if there is anything there that takes your fancy. Feel free to message me with what you would like to see on there too, if it’s not there already!
